Free removal of tattoos during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan in Indonesia has attracted more than 100 people who want to be de-inked. Many Muslims consider tattoos as haram, that they break sharia religious law. The organisers, an Indonesia state charity, says the event offered tattooed Muslims a chance to “repent”.
