Ballet core is cute and all... but ACTUALLY doing ballet is HARD.

As you know, I've been working endlessly on my pirouettes, and while they're definitely not perfect... I'm finally doing it!! I'm actually able to do a pirouette without completely falling out of it. Thank you so much for all of your tips on how to do a pirouette, I've been reading all of them on all my platforms and taking everything into consideration as closely as possible. Your advice really worked, so thank you so much!

Believe me, I know they still need SO much work, but I'm feeling really great about the direction my dance abilities are moving in.

I keep having these dreams that I can do like 20 pirouettes in a row and it feels like flying. Obviously, we still have a LONG way to go before we get there, but I'll take one kinda crappy one over none! (which is where I was before).

It can be really intimidating as a beginner ballerina in class with so many other amazing dancers. But the truth is, we learn best when in a room with people who are better than us. If you're the best person in the room, you need to move on, because that means you've stopped growing.

Thankfully... I'm in NO danger of that anytime soon haha
