For over 90 years, she has used a traditional hand-tapping method, making her an icon of cultural preservation. Whang-Od's tattoos, once reserved for indigenous warriors and headhunters, are now sought by people from all over the world. Despite her age, she continues to practice and pass on her craft to her grandnieces, ensuring that this ancient art form endures.
