On March 17, 2023, officers responded to a call at a local tattoo shop. The caller stated that a man walked into the shop attempting to pay for a tattoo. He wanted a tattoo on his lower back, but when the tattoo artist gave him a time to return, he went completely insane, causing a scene before officers arrived. To make matters worse, while in custody, he stole an officer's body cam.
