Ankle Socks & Pantyhose

Hey everyone! ???? It’s Erica Elle, and I’m so excited to share my work outfit styling journey with you all today. I recently landed my first managerial position (yay!), so I’ve been investing in some office-friendly looks that reflect my style while keeping me comfortable throughout the day.

✨ Look 1: Nude Pantyhose + Butterfly Ankle Socks + Sneakers
I started off with a cotton top from Kotn, a black denim button-up skirt, and nude pantyhose from Temu (15 den)—a great staple for year-round wear. I added a fun twist with butterfly-patterned ankle socks from Demode on Vogue. These socks add texture and playfulness to the outfit, especially when paired with my Garment Project sneakers. It’s a casual yet polished look—perfect for a progressive workplace or nonprofit setting.

???? Look 2: Black Pantyhose + Loafers
Next, I switched to black pantyhose from Teu—they’re stretchy, silky, and glossy (reminding me a little of Wolford Neon 40). I paired these with chunky-heeled loafers from Topshop for a more professional vibe. I even experimented by layering the butterfly socks over the black pantyhose on one foot, though I’m not sure it worked. Let me know what you think!

Throughout this journey, I realized that dressing up boosts my confidence—even for virtual meetings. And while remote work days might see me in track pants below the camera, I do love a full polished outfit when heading into the office. Comfort, style, and personality—it’s all about balance.
