Hello Beauties
In today's nail art tutorial I will show you how to create an enchanted rose using DIY tools. this nail art is inspired by Disney movie Beauty and the Beast.
For all of my nail art tutorials I use DIY tools so that those who don't have nail art tools could also enjoy beautiful nails and make whatever design they like on their nails using simple DIY tools. In this nail art video I used an eyeliner brush for the details.
