Calla Shoes Unboxing #2 - The Charlotte Ballet Flat - with Ballerina Badass

Hey Dancers and Dance Fans!

I was tickled pink (Magenta, actually) when I got my second pair of Calla Shoes from the U.K. from creator and CEO Jennifer Bailey. I discovered her beautiful line of shoes through Instagram, and was immediately hooked by her company’s tagline:

“Elegant and stylish heels and shoes for ladies who suffer from bunions”


This is my second “Unboxing” video, and it features the “Charlotte” ballet flat! I can’t stand the name Charlotte – don’t ask, it’s a long story – but I do LOVE these shoes. Not only are they comfortable, but also, I actually like the way they look. My friend Jen Sydor would laugh at me if she saw me in flats, since I think this is the very first pair I’ve EVER OWNED. And I admit, I will always wear my crazy high heels, but I can’t wear them all day like I can these beautiful shoes.

I got inspired to do a mini-shoot of the two styles of Calla Shoes I now have: the “Emily,” a classy higher-heeled sandal in silver sparkle, and the “Charlotte” ballet flat. I hope you enjoy the photos and get inspired.
