COMPTE's debut collection/story, "LIFE IS NOT A FAIRY TALE," is inspired by the origins of children's fables.

The stories that were given to children in the past were not like the ones we know today; they had a dark background with which they attempted to instruct and make the youngsters aware of how difficult real life was.

Mutilations, anguish, and blood are all mentioned in horror stories.

This collection does not center on a single narrative, but rather on pain, dismemberment, and suffering, but most importantly, it discusses overcoming, regenerating wounds, and restoring what has been damaged.

At the end of the day, life isn't a fairy tale, but we may learn to live as if it were.

"Life isn't a Fairy Tale" becomes a marketing slogan.
