►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use Blue Rizzler as your base color
-(Optional) Protect around your nails with liquid latex or your choice of barrier
-Use all 3 colors to create a gradient on your preferred accent nails
-After several layers, remove the protection and clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
