Gucci Tights Unboxing: Style Pantyhose with short skirt, Flashtrek Trainers & Gucci Purse

It's a great day for a Gucci Tights unboxing. This time I style pantyhose with the new Flashtrek trainers, short skirt and a gorgeous Gucci purse. Are you a sneakers fan? I'm a lover of tights and sneakers, especially with a short skirt and flowing blouse, but I must admit that maybe a crop top would have been a better choice.

This video inspired me to do a little digging & learn about the history of Guccio Gucci's empire. It's quite a fascinating tale of love, hate, and endless family fued. Sounds close to home sometimes. Have you watched the movie? House of Gucci starring Lady Gaga, Adam Driver and Jared Leto is a film I am so down to watch, especially after learning how the Gucci empire was created.

Hopefully this try on showcases the best Gucci products in the most honest way. I wanted to make sure you got as much info about the brand and products as possible and am always grateful that you are here to listen and hopefully appreciate the journey.

In this review, unboxing & try on I was hoping to see which piece of Gucci's masterpiece you admired most. Is it the gorgeous, black interlocking Gucci hosiery, the outstanding silver Gucci Flashtrek trainers or the petite Gucci purse adorned with a golden tiger? The thing about pantyhose, hosiery, stockings, nylons, tights, or whatever you choose to call them is they are a piece of fashion that pulls an entire, rocker chick outfit together. It's something that pops into my mind when I think about gothic, biker or rock star. It's what sets us apart from other styles and other genres. It takes us back in time, yet propels us into the future too. Can you imagine a world without the fashion style of the classic & modern hosiery? Without these moments in time we'd never have the steam punk, alternative style that literally screams rebellion and independence.

I hope that while you enjoy the view & history of Gucci fashion & style, that you'll also appreciate the creative impact that these times had on fashion & music itself.

Now, I ain't no rockstar, I ain't no fashionista, or guru of style, but I do think that this thanksgiving we can all find the beauty in everyday decor, dress &life in general. Because life means nothing without gratitude in your heart. And no matter your situation, there's always opportunity for a little gratitude in your heart. I hope we can all look for the good, & look good doing it.

A brief history of Gucci:

Guccio Gucci grew up in Florence Italy and as a teen he travelled London and Paris working odd jobs as a dishwasher and elevator attendant. Surrounded by the rich, he became curious about the elite lifestyle and quickly noticed their high end luggage and purses. These fashion statements inspired him to create a store for leather goods. Ironically, the same business his parents were in, which he snubbed at first. His brand sky rocketed in Italy and Europe despite the hurdles. Gucci persevered through wars, leather shortages, threats of bankruptcy and family feuds and sadly passed from a heart attack merely two weeks after his first New York store opened. He left his fortune to his 3 son’s, leaving his daughter without a piece of the Gucci pie.

Family feuds continued and by the time all was said and done the Gucci’s role in the brand ended when Maurizio Gucci (Grandson of Guccio) drove the business into the ground because of his extravagant spending. The owner of Tiffany ended up taking over the entire empire and making it what it is today.

In 1995 Maurizio Gucci was killed by a hit man ordered by his ex-wife. The motive, MONEY.

The Gucci story is a fascinating and sad one, but the legacy lives on in their unique luggage, purses, penny loafers and of course, tights.
