So, you want a badass Viking rune tattoo, eh? Don't blame you! They're pretty neat. But there's a lot of choice out there and plenty of mistakes to make when you're getting your runes inked, and you wouldn't be the first to get a totally different word than the one you wanted on your skin!

You'll know your Elder Futhark from your Younger Futhark and your Anglo-Saxon from your Medieval by the end of this whirlwind look at Runes, Runic tattoos, and some of the good and bad of the world of Viking influenced body art! Yes. there will also be Nazis.

We might even get time to look at some fun archaeology and runestones while we're at it! Hooray for history!
