HOW TO GROW LONG AND STRONG NAILS!!

Hey Beauties! Today I'm sharing with you how I grew my nails long and strong! Tips and Tricks! Now these may not work for everyone, but they have done wonders for my nails! I'm not a professional nail tech these are things that have helped my nails so much. I went from having super short stubby nails to long heathly ones!
Hope some of these tips can help you on your nail journey!

#1 Baby your cuticles! Keep them moisturized using a good quality oil. Your cuticles protect your nails growth matrix, which is the part of your nails that grow! Take care of your cuticles!

My favorites are Argan oil and Coconut oil. Make sure it's cold pressed, organic 100% REAL oil! :)

#2 Stop buffing or filing the top of your nails. You are basically filing off layers of your nail which will weaken them over time and cause damage.

#3 Invest in a glass nail file.
It will last you many years and save you money in the long run. Also because of the smooth surface it's very gentle on natural nails!

#4 Use a good base and top coat.
This will prolong your manicure and will protect your nails from staining, chipping and peeling.

My favoirtes are LA Girl Hydrating Base Coat and Seche Vite quick dry Top Coat! :)

#5 Wrap your nails in your base and top coat, paint the sides, tips and underneath your nails (hence the wrapping method) This will protect your nails from water and other elements. This also keeps your nails stronger allowing them to grow without chipping or peeling!
