How to Grow your nails really fast and long in just 10 days ( Updated Version ) | Mamtha Nair

Hi guys welcome back to my channel. Today I am going to share with you guys an updated version on how to grow your nails really fast and long very easily in just 10 days. I have already made a video on this topic before on my channel but this is an updated version and this method is much easier and simpler than the one that I have showed before. So for this you need only 2 simple ingredients that is
Garlic – 3 cloves
Olive Oil
Now if you don’t have olive oil then you can even use coconut oil or almond oil. But here I am going to use olive oil.
Now let me show you the method
Take a grinding bowl and put around 3 garlic cloves and grind them very well. Now add around 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil into it and mix the garlic and the oil very well such that the garlic infuses with the oil. You can store this in a clean container and refrigerate it up to 10 to 15 days.
Now let me show you guys how to apply but before that just take the aluminum paper and cut it into 5 small rectangle shape pieces.
Day 1
Ok so let’s start with Day 1. You can see that my nails are really short. I am going to do this treatment only on the nails of my left hand so that you can compare the nail growth and see the difference between the nails of both the hands. So here what you need to do is just take the garlic infused olive oil and gently massage it onto your nails for about 2 to 3 mins. You can even rub the garlic over your nails. rubbing half a clove of garlic on your nails can give them a boost in growth and heal brittleness. Nail growth comes from the selenium in garlic – a mineral that basically makes our body do everything really well! But garlic is also an antioxidant, so it's possible that by overpowering trace toxins garlic frees up your nails to grow more.
Now take the aluminum foil that we had cut earlier and wrap it one by one around all of your nails. After wrapping the nails let it sit there for around 30 mins. In this time, you can do whatever you want like watch tv or read a book or anything. This procedure is not going to take up your time at all. So after 30 mins just unwrap the aluminum foils and you can just wash it off with mild soap, please make sure that you are using mild soap. Do this procedure every day for 10 to 15 days to see the maximum results.
Day 5
You can see that by day 5 the nails on my left hand have grown a lot but you can see that the nails on my right hand are much smaller than the nails on my right hand. This is how effective the remedy is. So let’s continue the treatment for day 5. Again I am doing the treatments only to the nails on my left hand. Guys let me remind you . You have to do the treatment every day. I can’t show the everyday procedure because then the video will be too long and that’s why I am just showing Dat 1 , 5 and 10 of my nail growth journey.

Day 10
This is the last day of my treatment but you guys can continue if you want longer nails. It took only 10 days for me to grow my nails but so some people it might take 10 to 15 days because everyone are different. Be patient and continue doing the treatment until you are happy with the results. Ok now you can see how long the nails on my left hand have grown in just 10 days. You can see the difference on the nails of both of my hands I really love this remedy. My nails always become more stronger and stronger each time I use this treatment.
