This past week on the East Coast, I spent quite a bit of time walking in my heels. Crossing streets, up and down flights of stairs and walking through parking garages????️????????
Below are tips I want to share on How to Walk UP stairs in High Heels ⬇️:
1️⃣Hold on to the railing if necessary for support.
2️⃣???? (super important) Before you take a step determine the depth and steepness of stairs so as you begin to walk you’ll know to expect if the back of the heel will hang off the step or if you’re able to place the entire foot down on the step.
3️⃣As you walk up the step, place your body weight on the ball of the foot.
4️⃣ While ascending, place one foot right in front of the other on the next step. Xo ????
