TANNING, tattoos, and fillers have helped an Essex mum get over her drug addiction and feel “beautiful”. Sarah-Jane Howell, 25, has been getting tattoos since she was 18 and now has dozens of designs covering her body, including her face. She says getting inked and tanning every day helped her overcome her drug addiction and gave her something to focus on besides substance abuse. She said: "When I first started getting tattoos the thing I liked the most was I could portray myself how I want to. My mental health wasn’t good and I found the tattoos were a bit of a release for me."
