Tracy Williams is a Professional trained dancer/choreographer, Dental Hygienist, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Certified Sports Nutritionist/Personal Trainer, and Business Owner.

Hee dance background: At the age of six when she moved from Chicago IL to Albuquerque NM. In Albuquerque where she was enrolled in a dance studio trained in Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop dance technique. She trained in the same studio till the age of fourteen. At age fourteen she auditioned for her high school dance team. She danced her high school dance team all 4 years in high school. From there she choreographed many local music videos and danced for the Albuquerque Thunderbirds Semi-Pro basketball team. In 2011 she moved to Phoenix Arizona and danced for the NBA team Phoenix Suns.

After graduating from high school she went to school for Dental Assisting and graduated in 2006. She was an Assistant for 10 years. In 2012 she decided to go back to school (while still working as a Dental Assistant) and earn her college degree in science with an emphasis on Dental Hygiene. In 2014 she graduated with her degree and passed all her state board exams earning RDH after my name (Tracy Williams RDH) a licensed Dental Hygienist and currently in practice.

June of 2016 was an amazing year for her fitness career. She became certified in personal training and sports nutrition and started her own fitness training she competed in her first NPC bodybuilding competition. She won overall and qualified for NPC nationals. In 2017 she competed in the NPC USA Nationals in Las Vegas Nevada where she earned her IFBB pro card and became an official professional bodybuilder
