No, obviously this was a fake stunt to promote Harry, sorry I mean the Invictus Games. Nothing screams 'watch our huge multimillion dollar sporting event for wounded veterans' quite like Harry getting a neck tattoo by a jelly roll, apologies THE Jelly Roll, the very talented singer. He really does have a gorgeous voice. Jelly, not Harry.
Ok it's meant to be a bit of fun, but it honestly made me cringe so hard, I hurt my jaw!

Now thankfully, we have the other brother in the UK, who was really well received in Belfast at Ulster University, where by one young woman got her very own Royal pardon for being late to class!! ????????????
