As Karva Chauth is close at hand these high Protein bars are snacks that can be consumed as a meal replacement. This healthy gluten-free energy bar is also vegan and sugar-free. The bars have a great nutty and crunchy texture with dates balancing the sweetness that would surely quench your sugar craving without putting on weight.

Ingredients:
Dates
Cashew
Pistas
Almond
Cornflakes

Method:
1)Add dates, cashews, pistas and almond in a blender and blend it well.
2) Add the mixture in an aluminum tray and press it.
3) Add crushed cornflakes, wrap it with a paper and let it chill for 30 mins.
4) Take it out of the freezer and then cut it into bars.
