Roman’s personal best achievements:
Best personal achievements as it related to track would be achieving All American status in the 400H in college. Winning a world title in the indoor 400m in 2019. Achieving an American record in the shuttle hurdle relay in 2023. And setting an indoor world record in the 4x200 this past March. I suppose I’ve won something like 30 or so masters national titles, although I don’t know the exact number.
