I need the design team at Schiaparelli to spend one single hour at a dry cleaner to understand how impossible it is to service something like this!!!

The care label recommends covering the hardware with fabric but this stuff is way too heavy and delicate. You cant take that risk, it has to come off. So you have you unpick the end of the zipper to remove the slide and this lip thing.

The aglets are not removable!!! Dior does a great removable aglet, id check those out

Let's just try removable hardware in the future?
