Learn how the pro's make big and beautiful shapes with demonstrations by Jonathan and Talysa. In this video we demonstrate: body rotation in isolation, sway in isolation and also how rotation and sway are blended together.
We then move onto dynamic shaping movements, showing how a change in rotation can take us from from a forwards shape to the right to a backwards shape to the right (and same for left shapes) with the use of a rolling body action. We also demonstrate how we can move from shape to shape when sticking to the forwards half and then with the back half.
