Sonu Nigam gets kiss during a live stage performance

A hysteric female fan stormed on stage and forced herself on singer Sonu Nigam during a performance.


Sonu Nigam is becoming a rage among his female fans, who have been showing their affection and infatuation for the good-looking singer in somewhat bizarre ways like sending him their undergarments with their phone numbers written on them or barging into a gym to see their “dear Sonuji” workout.
Now, on Sunday, another love-struck fan of Sonu displayed her affection for the singer in front of a huge crowd. Sonu was performing at Mumbai’s Andheri Sports Complex. He was in the middle of the song ‘Just Chill’ when a girl ran onstage from behind, embraced Sonu, and began kissing him hysterically.


Sonu resisted her but the girl was uncontrollable. Within seconds security guards ran onstage and tried to tame the fan. The girl kept groping at Sonu and in the scuffle ended up scratching his neck with her long nails. Eventually, the security pulled her away and took her backstage.

A visibly embarrassed Sonu had minor bleeding from the bruise on his neck. However, after a small break the singer continued the show.After the performance, when Sonu was asked about the incident he said: “Yeh koi haadsa nahin tha. Things like these happen. I have no issues…I enjoyed it.”
