Today we're going over two stories of tattoo clients who were likely tattooed by individuals on substances. This is a difficult topic to discuss and one that plagues the tattoo industry. We are not focusing on the individuals in these stories themselves but the impact they've had on their clients &&& how this affects the culture as a whole! Enjoy :)
