here are even more good nail habits that can make all the difference if you're trying to grow out your natural nails! Do keep in mind that these things help so much to grow long nails but you might not want to have long nails or might not be able to because of job / lifestyle / preference - and that's ok. When I worked in food service, I couldn't have long nails either and they were short, peeling, and sad because of all the water and chemical exposure.
