the nail growth timelapse we've all been waiting for:) I've always wondered how long it takes my nails to grow to the length I like. So now, if I choose to do a chop, I know how long I'd have to wait.

Here's what you should do if you want to grow long and strong natural nails, I used to have nail nubs but doing these things constantly have changed my life:):
- Use cuticle oil daily to hydrate the skin around your nails. Dry nails and skin mean cuticle overgrowth and brittle nails which are more prone to breakage.
- Always wear nail polish or gel, it acts like armor for your nails and adds a layer of strength and protection. And gel doesn’t damage your nails,improper removal does. ;)
- Wear gloves while cleaning, doing yard work, or washing dishes. Waterlogged nails are weaker and prone to breakage!
- Use a gentle file, 180 grit or higher or a glass file, don’t clip or use a cheap abrasive file that shreds your nails.
- Don’t use your nails as tools! Use a spoon to open cans, don’t rip open packages with your nails, etc etc.
- If your nails are weak and bendy, you can use a nail strengthener like Nail Envy but don’t overuse it or it can make your nails so strong they snap, you want your nails to bend not break (cuticle oil helps with bendiness)
