What REALLY Happens Backstage at Fashion Show?

Backstage at a fashion show is pure madness, and I absolutely love it. Even after 20 years, I still get goosebumps right before my models or the showstopper step onto the runway. That half hour before the show? It’s total chaos pins flying, last-minute fixes, everyone running around like they’re in a relay race (myself included!). But honestly, that’s where the magic happens.

It’s wild, it’s stressful, but it’s also where you learn the most how to stay calm, keep your patience, and make sure every single detail is perfect because one tiny mistake can end up everywhere on social media and spoil the whole show for the designer.

I know exactly how much a perfectly fitted outfit means not just to the designer, but to the model and everyone watching. When my models see me backstage, you can see the relief on their faces they know their outfits are safe,and they won’t be late for the runway.

I live for this madness. I love every second of it, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade this backstage chaos for anything else. It keeps me on my toes, gives me stories to laugh about later, and makes me feel alive. If you ever want to see real drama, skip the runway come backstage and watch me try to find a missing pin!
