I feel like my child has grown up and gone off to college. This series quite literally chronicles my journey with fashion from ROCK. BOTTOM. I still remember how dreadful and nail-bitingly stressful it was to plan outfits for these damn zodiac videos back in 2020 and 2021. I was always terrified I'd portray somebody's zodiac sign inaccurately and they'd get mad at me in the comment section (lol, no one ever did). I'd spend hours scouring every zodiac sign meme page & blog. In the very early days, I'd even go as far as buy clothes from the store just to film, only to return them after the fact (yep, not proud of that era) because at the time, I had NO idea how to maximize the use of MY closet. I had no idea how to layer. I had no idea how to think about silhouettes critically or creatively. Now... playing dress-up is a skill I know like the back of my hand. Thank YOU for holding my hand throughout this journey. Creating this video felt natural and so easy. Like a second skin. I realized at that moment that practice truly does make progress. I'll be listening closely to hear what series you want to see next... The world is our oyster. ;)
