No but real talk… Employers, I need one of ya’ll to hold my hand (with a napkin in between) when you make Pet to Threat make sense. Because WHAT is the benefit to you or Black women, to hire us for our impressive backgrounds and experiences, only to be threatened by our existence and expertise, and then find EVERY, and I mean EVERY WAY to silence us, push us out, and break us down.
