Oh dear, Gucci has truly been having a rough time. Following bad financial results and a re-brand that didn't quite take off, Gucci got rid of Sabato de Sarno and will be entering a(nother) re-branding era. I like to sit and complain but what would I do about it?! So here I am, putting my strategy and Creative Director hat on, going through each category and how I'd help turn Gucci around.
